| Major responsibilities include designing and implementing policies and handling operations regarding performance management system, improving existing evaluation system, assisting higher management in manpower and career planning. In addition develop working knowledge of recruitment & selection, training & development and other HR operations. Candidates having MBA in human resource are eligible. Knowledge of MS Office is a must. Strong interpersonal skills, pleasant and energetic personality with ability to work in teams are strongly desired. Power Engineer |
| To handle operations and maintenance of electrical power and backup systems at multiple exchanges including UPSs, DC rectifiers, batteries and allied equipment; ensure zero power down time; documentation of the network and online monitoring through network management system. Job requires extensive field work to carry out improvements in power systems and routine/preventive maintenance, supervision, training and management of team of field technicians and electricians. Candidates having excellent communication skills with BE in electrical or power engineering are eligible to apply. Sales Executive |
| To conduct outdoor / indoor sales of DSL/Triple Play Services by identifying and visiting potential customers, handling incoming calls and walk-in customers. MBA with majors in Marketing from a recognized university with related experience of 1 year in telecom and IT services in corporate sector is desired however fresh candidates are strongly encouraged to apply as well.
