| Key Responsibilities: | - Responsible for managing operations of the Regional ACCESS NETWORK from CW & PWR perspective. - Responsible for meeting the KPIs for Regional ACESS NETWORK - RESPONSIBLE for resolution of quality issues within Agreed TAT/SLAs - Responsible for assisting the Regional Manager Field Operations in managing the Regional OPEX - RESPONSIBLE for maintenance of Regional Access Network Locations - Responsible for subcontractor management and evaluation - Responsible for technical and personal development of the team - Responsible for Network Rollout and Expansion Targets for the Region from CW & PWR perspective. - Responsible for assisting the Regional Manager Field Operations in acting as a strong regional interface with Commercial Division - Responsible for meeting Operational Excellence Targets associated with Access Network Civil and Power Infrastructures. |

| Key Responsibilities: | 1. Ensure timely completion of ETL operations and availability of information as per SLA. 2. Ensure successful completion of periodic data qualityassurance before information is made available to business users. 3. Timely follow up with source systems teams on issues related to missing/incomplete/late delivery of data and find resolution to these issues. 4. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data and information sent to business users. 5. Investigate and document accurate details of issues/reasons/factors behind unusual gaps/trends/data figures. 6. Take an active part in timely implementation of change requests and new projects related to Data Warehouse. 7. Conduct performance optimization analysis of ETL application and suggest/implement improvements. 8. Perform health checks and conduct capacity planning analysis on Data Warehouse application, implemented projects to ensure the 24/7 availability to businessusers. 9. Continuously monitor and tweak DBMS performance parameters to ensure optimal resource availability to users. 10. Ensure DWH infrastructure availability; coordinate with support team for the purpose. 11. Ensure execution of DWH maintenance activities in coordination with DBMS team. |
| Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas: | - Operations / Managed Services of DWH ETL Application (Telco BI) - Adept in interfacing stakeholders for ETL application operations/maintenance and availability - Optimization and Tuning of Unix, ETL and Teradata Application - Data Quality Management - Understanding of Data Warehouse implementations - Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks in a high- pressure environment. - Should be able to handle work load effectively and efficiently - Should be flexible to extend commitment to work related assignments after office hours and on weekends and holidays. - Strong co-operative skills including oral and written communication skills - Process Oriented - Ability to create strong team spirit and enthusiasm - High level of personal moral and integrity - Strong solution orientation - Must be a self-going and independent person with initiative, energy and flexibility - Should be innovative and should possess a solution finding approach. |
