ASSISTANT MANAGER FIELD OPERATIONS - Telenor Jobs

Degree(s)/Major(s):B.SC/BE ELECTRICAL /CIVIL ENGINEERING (BACHELOR DEGREE)
Experience Required:Over 4 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for managing operations of the Regional ACCESS NETWORK from CW & PWR perspective.
- Responsible for meeting the KPIs for Regional ACESS NETWORK
- RESPONSIBLE for resolution of quality issues within Agreed TAT/SLAs
- Responsible for assisting the Regional Manager Field Operations in managing the Regional OPEX
- RESPONSIBLE for maintenance of Regional Access Network Locations
- Responsible for subcontractor management and evaluation
- Responsible for technical and personal development of the team
- Responsible for Network Rollout and Expansion Targets for the Region from CW & PWR perspective.
- Responsible for assisting the Regional Manager Field Operations in acting as a strong regional interface with Commercial Division
- Responsible for meeting Operational Excellence Targets associated with Access Network Civil and Power Infrastructures.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- SECURE TCH AVAILABILITY,DCR, MPD AND CSSR ABOVE TARGET VALUES BY KEEPING THE PI & CIVIL STRUCTURES HEALTHY & RESOLVE CRD NOC COMPLAINTS, WORST CELLS RESOLUTION AND HARDWARE ISSUES RECTIFICATION AS PER AGREED TAT
- ENSURE REFUELING EXPENSES AS PER GENERATOR HOURS
- ENSURE ELECTRICITY EXPENSES AS PER SITE DESIGN TYPE
- IMPROVE CONTROL ON PREVENTIVE /CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE EXPENSES 
- SECURE EXCELLENT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE BY VENDORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS MEASURED THROUGH PM SCORE CARD AND OAR MANAGEMENT
- PERIODIC REPORTING TO HEADQUARTER ON PERFORMANCE OF EACH SUBCONTRACTOR
- IDENTIFICATION OF LIQUIDATED DAMAGES /PENALTIES AGAINST NON PERFORMANCE OF VENDORS AND SUBCONTRACTORS
- QUALITY ROLL OUT AS PER AGREED PLAN
- TIMELY WORK ORDER IMPLEMENTATION FOR NETWORK MODIFICATION ACTIVITIES
- SECURE TECHNICAL TRAININGS, OD TRAININGS AND CARRY OUT MENTORING SESSIONS WITH THE TEAM MEMBERS
- PERIODIC FORMAL ENGAGEMENT WITH COMMERCIAL DIVISION FOR CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF BUSINESS EXPECTATION AT REGIONAL LEVEL
