* 5+ years of experience in managing large pool of hardware and network equipment.
* Experience on managing and administration of network environment with 300+ nodes.
* Must have experience in managing switches and routers
* Excellent command on hardware and OS related issues
* Experience in repairing of computer hardware and printers
* Excellent understanding of software related issues and able to diagnose its root cause
* Must be able to tackle virus related issues
* Should have excellent command over network cable maintenance
* Must be able to keep the network environment up and running 24x7
* Excellent command over hardware preventive maintenance
